Warranty

Our equipment is manufactured on our own production lines and passes several levels of testing and control, so the percentage of factory defects is close to zero.

But still, the equipment sometimes fails, so we provide both warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment of our production.

Most of the equipment manufactured by TIRAS-12 LLC has a warranty for a period of 3 years, for some groups of equipment – 1 year.

Transportation and storage conditions

Packed products are transported in small consignments at any distance by road and rail in closed vehicles in accordance with the rules of transportation applicable to each type of transport. When placing and fastening boxes with packed products during transportation, a stable position of the boxes is ensured, shifting and impacts between each other are excluded.

During loading and transportation, the requirements of manipulation marks on the packaging are met.

Packed products are stored in warehouses at air temperature from minus 50 ° C to 40 ° C, relative humidity not more than 98% at a temperature of 25 ° C. The air where the products are stored should not contain aggressive impurities that cause corrosion.

Limitation of liability

The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty service of the product under disputable circumstances. The manufacturer also has the right to make the final decision on whether the product is subject to warranty service.

Actions and damages that lead to loss of warranty service

  1. damage caused by natural phenomena (fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning, etc.)
  2. damage caused by violation of the rules of installation or ensuring improper operating conditions of the product, including but not limited to
    – poor grounding;
    – overvoltage of the power supply network;
    – high humidity and vibration;
  3. damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc. getting inside the product;
  4. mechanical damage of the product components (chips, dents, cracks, broken contact connectors, etc.);
  5. damage caused as a result of unauthorized repair;
  6. damage caused as a result of violation of the rules of transportation, storage, operation;
  7. alteration, removal, erasure or damage of the product serial number (or stickers with serial numbers on the product);

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the product design that improve its quality and performance, provided that the performance characteristics are maintained, without prior notice.
