Principle of operation

The alarm message received by the CMS operator is transmitted to the Reactio server.

The server identifies the nearest rapid response team to the alarmed object and sends a call for assistance and additional information about the object to its tablet.

The rapid response team, having received a call for a visit, sees the route from its location to the alarmed object on its tablet and leaves on the task.

During the processing of a task, the GSM sends the status of the task to the CMS operator using an intuitive reporting system.

At this time, the monitoring station operator can see all the SPSs on the map, their location and the status of the task in real time using the operator interface.

In addition, the task execution status sent by the GDS is displayed in the SPTS event grid for the CMS operator to view.
