Improved user interface

Expansion
Tiras PRIME A has extensive expansion capabilities - a system consisting of a single FCP and expanders can include up to 4,000 devices. This is achieved using the AM-MULTI+ and M-LOOP expansion modules.

    AM-MULTI+

A universal addressable module that can be used in three different modes.
    Option 1
35 W addressable power supply unit

Unlike non-addressable conventional power supplies which require additional inputs/outputs and additional cable lines for communication with the control panel, AM-MULTI+ connects to the addressable interface and communicates with the base through it. The advantages are obvious.

The device is equipped with two 24V/400mA power outputs.

    Option 2
    input and output expander

AM-Multi+ is equipped with the following inputs and outputs:

    – 5 inputs for controlling automation – dampers, elevators, smoke removal, pumps, etc.;
    – 2 universal transistor outputs for controlling alarms or automation (with or without communication line control);
    – two universal slots. Each of them can be equipped with an M-OUT2R module for two relays. Thus, we will have 4 relays in total.

    Option 3
    address interface expander

Here comes another new device, M-LOOP. Small and inconspicuous, but with a huge impact on the entire system.

M-LOOP is a module that is installed in a universal slot and adds one addressable interface to the system.

One or two M-LOOPs can be installed in AM-MULTI+, and the only limitation on the number of connected addressable devices is no more than 250 per AM-MULTI+.

That is, these 250 devices can be connected either to one addressable interface, i.e., to one M-LOOP, or to two interfaces with 125 devices per M-LOOP, whichever is more convenient for the system topology.

And yes, you understood correctly—additional addressable interfaces are not connected to a separate bus, but to the main addressable interfaces that come out of the control panel. In practice, this means significant savings on cable lines.

    Hierarchical system

Networking is achieved using the SPE (Single Pair Ethernet) interface with the option of connecting FCPs in a “line” or “ring” topology.

Each FPC is configured separately, then the FPCs are networked and each of them can display information both on its own subsystem and on all other subsystems (other FPCs) if the “Display events of all FPCs” option is enabled for it.

SPE technology allows distances of up to 700 m to be achieved using standard shielded twisted pair cable, and up to 1700 m using specialized cable.

The built-in Ethernet interface can be used as a communicator.

    Fire protection automation

    2 built-in relays
    Modules
    System bus

    Scripts

The maximum number of scripts is 128.

Each script has up to 8 activation conditions to which different logic can be applied - when all conditions are met or at least one (AND/OR) - and up to 16 actions.

    LiFePO4 support

The first Ukrainian fire protection system that fully works with LiFePO4 batteries, taking into account the specifics of their operation.
Batteries of this type charge faster and are less vulnerable to unstable power supply than classic lead-acid batteries.

    New communicator

Support for the new M-LTE communication module, which provides reliable connectivity in 4G and 2G networks. This allows you to stay connected in areas where operators are phasing out 2G, as well as during 4G channel congestion when the power is out.

    P-IND PRIME A

This panel has a color touchscreen display and other controls, such as a FCP, allowing it to be used for full access to the first and second access levels of the system.

P-IND PRIME A connects to the control panel via the SPE interface, so it can be placed at a considerable distance (up to 1700 meters) from the control panel.

The maximum number of P-IND PRIME A devices in the system is 4.
    Configuration
aLoader is software for configuring Tiras PRIME A addressable fire alarm systems for computers running macOS and Windows. A USB-C cable is used to connect a PC or laptop to the fire alarm control panel.
